PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent inconvenience in a case when a replicated image is deteriorated and in a case when original data includes an important portion, and to enable a replication whose quality is the same as the original data to be obtained from a certain replication. SOLUTION: An information management server 100 transmits process result information including a slave management ID when replication request information including replication quality designated by an information medium control device 300 satisfies a usage restriction policy and a permission policy. The information medium control device 300 outputs a replicated document including the slave management ID information or acquires replication data including the slave management ID information from the process result information based on the designated replication quality.
