<p>A spring hinge (100) for a spectacle frame includes a spring shell (10), a spring core (20) and at least one connection piece (30). The spring shell includes a spring core receiving space (11) for receiving the spring core. The spring shell includes at least a pair of connection holes (12) at the opening end of the spring core receiving space. The spring core includes a spring receiving groove (21) receiving at least one spring (22). The connection piece is movably connected with the connection holes of the spring shell.
