The present invention relates to a customized advertisement screen and a linked screen display system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a system that receives and displays an advertisement screen, indicates a lapse of time of continued displaying of the advertisement screen, provides a point reserve service for using the advertisement screen, and helps a user access a desired webpage through the displayed linked screen. The advertisement screen display system according to the present invention comprises: a server for transmitting an advertisement screen to a user terminal via a communication network; and a user terminal equipped with a display for displaying the advertisement screen which is transmitted from the server, wherein a fixed menu bar of a predetermined length and width is formed on the screen of the display in a manner to come into contact with one of the screen edges of the display, and the fixed menu bar includes a timer display section for indicating a lapse of time of continued displaying of the advertisement screen.
