<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell of module type in which a plurality of thin film solar cells having a light absorbing layer including a compound semiconductor are joined in series on the same substrate, which suppresses cracks and exfoliation of an anode oxide film that forms an insulating film even if film formation of the light absorbing layer is performed at a high temperature of 500°C or higher, maintains excellent insulation characteristics, and particularly has a substrate allowing a module structure solar cell with a large area to which a power system is coupled to be manufactured by a roll-to-roll method, and which has neither cracks nor partial exfoliation in each component material, and suppresses deterioration over time. <P>SOLUTION: A substrate having: ferrite-based stainless steel; and an insulating layer in the compressed stress state at room temperature with a porous structure formed by anode-oxidizing the surface of a clad material of an Al layer, is used to solve the problem. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
