<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bidirectional system of digital television using a two-dimensional code. <P>SOLUTION: The identification number of an event which identifies the event of a digital television program is used to generate a mail account. On the basis of the male account, a mail address is generated. On the basis of the generated mail address, a two-dimensional code image is generated and displayed on a screen during the broadcast of the specific event of the program. Then, a viewer transmits a mail to the mail address obtained by photographing the two-dimensional code with a cellular phone with a camera and decoding the same.
