<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide preparations and foods which can impart oxidative stress resistance to a living body by enhancing the expression of various antioxidant enzymes and proteins whose expression is regulated by Nrf2. <P>SOLUTION: There are disclosed Nrf2 activity enhancers, foods for Nrf2 activity enhancement, cosmetics for Nrf2 activity enhancement, anti-stress agents, anti-stress foods, anti-stress cosmetics, expression enhancers for antioxidant proteins whose expression is controlled by Nrf2, foods for the expression enhancement of antioxidant proteins whose expression is controlled by Nrf2, preventing or treating agents for oxidative-stress-associated diseases, and foods for the prevention of oxidative-stress-associated diseases, each of which contains at least one of phosphatidylserine and phosphatidylinositol. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
