<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for facilitating a user to confirm how much his/her own free parking period is left, concerning a system configured to assign a free-parking period in a predetermined parking lot according to the purchase amount at a predetermined shop. <P>SOLUTION: In the parking fee management support system for supporting parking fee management related to a parking lot in which a free-parking period therein is assigned according to the purchase amount at the predetermined shop, a residual time in which a vehicle can be parked for free in the parking lot is calculated and reported, according to a user who has made an inquiry for the residual time of the free-parking period, based on the parking start time and purchase information of the user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
