<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for allowing a person of an object to select whether to license a pickup image after confirming the image. <P>SOLUTION: A selection screen display means displays a use range selection screen allowing selection of a use range of the pickup image on a display part. A storage control means stores the use range selected on the use range selection screen in a storage part. A license screen display means displays, after displaying a photographing confirmation screen, a license screen allowing declaration of a license with respect to the displayed pickup image within the selected use range stored in the storage part by operation input on the display part.
