PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control power supply system with a safety measure for ensuring safety when obtaining control power from a main battery, and to provide a vehicular power conversion apparatus with the same. SOLUTION: According to the control power supply system 101, because a control power supply generating circuit is provided with a circuit ensuring that the input side is insulated from the output side, a second device SW is electrically insulated from a main battery. As a result, a leakage current from the main battery does not flow into the second device SW. According to the vehicular power conversion apparatus with the control power supply system 101, because the second device SW is electrically insulated from the main battery, an operator of the second device SW has no risk of getting an electric shock from the main battery from a view point of electrical safety.
