PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make capacity, generated between an electronic component for a high-frequency circuit and an earth pattern on a printed board, small and then to improve operability. SOLUTION: A surface-mounted component 14 is surface-mounted on the printed board 2, and has a plane 14b on the opposite side from a contact surface 14a coming into contact with the printed board 2. A high-frequency stopping coil 4 is partially brought into contact with the plane 14b of the surface-mounted component 14 and then is positioned apart from the printed board 2, and has lead wires 10 and 12 through-hole connected to predetermined positions of the printed board 2 in an uncoated state.
