PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-performance passive sampler for measuring an air quality, capable of collecting nicotine and ethenylpyridine specifically existing in tobacco smoke as measurement objects by a molecular diffusion action. SOLUTION: In order to collect nicotine and ethenylpyridine specifically existing in the tobacco smoke in an environment by the passive method based on the molecular diffusion action, the high-performance passive sampler sprays styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer/polydimethylsiloxane to a carrier 2 as an adsorbent 1, and then, loads an adsorption disk 3 thermally treated in an inert gas, a wind screen 5, and a spacer 6 for fixing the adsorption disk, and calculates a sampling rate in relation to the active method (ISO 18145) using an XAD4 absorption tube.
