摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of sucking a working object on a suction unit which uses, as a sucking sheet, a resin sheet more improved in breathability than a conventional one while keeping the diameter (opening diameter) of a hole used as a ventilation path for securing breathability small, and a method of manufacturing a ceramic capacitor. <P>SOLUTION: In this sucking method and this manufacturing method, a resin sheet having breathability in the thickness direction is used as a sucking sheet. This resin sheet is a nonporous sheet formed with two or more through-holes penetrating in the thickness direction. The through-hole is a straight hole linearly penetrating the resin sheet. The diameter of the through-hole is≤20μm. The ventilation rate of the resin sheet in the thickness direction is≤10 sec/100 mL as a Gurley number measured in conformity to JIS P8117.
