PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method for stably producing a curable resin composition with relatively high curability and can ensure the storage stability. SOLUTION: There is provided the method for producing a curable resin composition containing (A) a curable resin that has within the molecule a carbon atom binding to the silicon atom of a cross-linking silicon group and a cross-linking silicon group having a chemical structure wherein a hetero atom having unshared electron pair binds to the carbon atom, (B) a curable resin that has within a molecule a cross-linking silicon group having a structure wherein an alkylene group having 2 or more carbons binds to a silicon atom, (C) a filler, and (D) a curing accelerator.
