PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering salt cake which is characterized by addition of ethanol to a salt cake-containing aqueous solution. SOLUTION: Mirabilite can be efficiently recovered by addition of ethanol to the salt cake-containing aqueous solution. Addition amount of ethanol is not especially limited but preferably is 20 to 100% toward bone dry mass of salt cake in the aqueous solution. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
