<p>A generation device for a nominal voltage is provided, which comprises a high-voltage direct current power source (31, 51), a discharge gap (33, 53), a high-voltage conductor (34, 54) and a grounding conductor (35, 55); high-voltage insulation exists between the high-voltage conductor (34, 54) and the grounding conductor (35, 55); the high-voltage direct current power source (31, 51) is connected between the ends of the high-voltage conductor (34, 54) and the grounding conductor (35, 55); the discharge gap (33, 53) is connected between the ends of the grounding conductor (35, 55) and the high-voltage conductor (34, 54); the discharge gap (33, 53) will be broken down when the charging voltage on the high-voltage conductor (34, 54) rises to a certain amplitude value. A generation method for the normal voltage is also provided: by applying a high voltage between the high-voltage conductor (34, 54) and the grounding conductor (35, 55) with the high voltage insulation, one end of the high-voltage conductor (34, 54) opens, and the other end of the high-voltage conductor (34, 54) is connected with the grounding conductor (35, 55) through the discharge gap (33, 53); the high voltage makes the discharge gap (33, 53) broken down; a very fast transient overvoltage known through theoretical calculation is generated on the high-voltage conductor (34, 54), i.e. the nominal voltage, which is used to calibrate a measuring system, and an object of simplifying the structure and the calibrating method is achieved.</p> |
