<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an archive file management apparatus, capable of protecting an archive file, with authentication set by a user of the archive file, in addition to authentication added to the archive file by other user. <P>SOLUTION: The archive file management apparatus 1 includes a user authentication means 11 for authenticating the user, when the user executes an authentication method defined by a user authentication rule, and a use management device 10 for confirming a use condition of the archive file, when the archive file is operated to be used, and for permitting the use of the archive file, when succeeded in the user authentication according to any of the user authentication rules added to the archive file, when the success of the user authentication according to the user authentication rule is set as the use condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
