PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl chloride-based resin composition to be used for transparent products that is excellent in transparency, weather resistance, thermal stability and resistance to discoloration and does not contain a heavy metal stabilizer such as lead, tin and barium. SOLUTION: The vinyl chloride-based resin composition to be used for transparent products contains 0.001-10 pts.mass of at least one kind of organic acid salt of zinc (A), 0.001-10 pts.mass of at least one kind of zinc-modified hydrotalcite compound (B) and 0.01-20 pts.mass of oxalic anilide based-ultraviolet absorber (C) represented by general formula (I), relative to 100 pts.mass of a vinyl chloride-based resin. In general formula (I), R<SP>1</SP>indicates a hydrogen atom or a 1-12C linear or branched alkyl group; R<SP>2</SP>indicates a 1-12C linear or branched alkyl group; and R<SP>3</SP>and R<SP>4</SP>indicate each independently a hydrogen atom or a 1-18C linear or branched alkyl group.
