PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer program generation device that eliminates the need of defining input/output of a function by use of an IDL (Interface Definition Language) in addition to a source code of a program. SOLUTION: The transfer program generation device generating a program for a first processor executing a main program including a predetermined function, and a program for a second processor using an address space different from the first processor and executing the predetermined function includes: an analysis means specifying input data and output data based on specific information in the source code of the main program for specifying the output data as a result of executing the predetermined function and the input data necessary for the execution of the predetermined function: a first generation means generating a program that defines processing of transmitting the input data, executing the predetermined function, and receiving the output data; and a second generation means generating a program that defines processing of receiving the input data, executing the predetermined function by use of the input data, and transmitting the output data.
