PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electromagnetic converter for suppressing noise by the divided vibrations of a vibrating membrane. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic converter includes: eternal magnets arranged with a predetermined gap therebetween and with their polarities alternately different from each other; a vibrating membrane which is arranged opposite to the eternal magnet, in which a meander-shaped conductor coil is formed on the thin film-like resin surface, and which is electromagnetically connected with the eternal magnet by the energization of the conductor coil and vibrates in a thickness direction; and a frame which supports the eternal magnet and the vibrating membrane so as to cover them. The vibrating membrane is supported on the frame via a tape which is stuck so as to divide the surface of the vibrating membrane. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
