A micro-needle device has a base, micro-needles, which are established on this base, and a physiologically active composition, which is adhered to the micro-needles and/or the base. The physiologically active composition contains a physiologically active substance and at least one type of polyhydric alcohol, selected from glycerin, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol and 1, 3-butylene glycol. The micro-needle device is effectively free of water. |
