摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light detector capable of precisely performing the comparison of the detection values by light-receiving elements even if measuring environment fluctuates by reducing the inherent irregularity between the individual light-receiving elements and reducing the cross talk of the light between the respective light-receiving elements. <P>SOLUTION: The region on the side of a reference light-receiving element 31 and the region on the side of a signal light-receiving element 32 are divided by an inside cap partition plate 37c. Therefore, the cross talk of light between the light-receiving elements 31 and 32 is reduced and the lights on different light paths are precisely detected. The light-receiving elements 31 and 32 adjacently formed on a light-receiving element chip 34 are used. Consequently, the inherent irregularity between the light-receiving elements 31 and 32 can be reduced and, even if the measuring environment fluctuates, the fluctuation of the detection values between the light-receiving elements 31 and 32 become the same change characteristics and the setting-off of the fluctuation of the detection values between the light-receiving elements 31 and 32 can easily be performed.
