<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which can create a user evaluation model which presumes a repairing modulus from a use situation of hardware by a user by removing an influence of a failure rate due to a product. <P>SOLUTION: A user evaluation apparatus includes: a sample-dependent weight value decision section which decides a weight value of each sample to cancel a difference of a repairing modulus estimated value, between machines when two or more machines which are measuring objects are defined as two or more samples; a weight value storage section for each sample, which memorizes each weight value of two or more samples; a parameter decision section which decides a parameter of the user evaluation model for computing a using influence degree, a user evaluation model storage section which memorizes the parameter of the user evaluation model; and a user evaluation section which computes the using influence degree using the measurement data and the parameter of the user evaluation model. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
