摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially oriented polyester film for sealing the rear surface of a solar cell which has hydrolysis resistance capable of preventing brittle breakdown accompanied by the hardening of a film with a low haze. <P>SOLUTION: The biaxially oriented polyester film for sealing the rear surface of a solar cell is characterized by comprising a polyester film in which: crystallinity is 60.5% or lower; the content of an antimony element is 10 ppm or smaller; the content of a titanium element is 20 ppm or smaller; the content of a phosphorus element is 170 ppm or smaller; the amount of a terminal carboxyl group is 26 equivalent/t or smaller; and limiting viscosity is 0.65 dl/g or higher. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
