摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always avoid a loss of regeneration and compensate a voltage drop in a power storage system for electric railways applied to a portion in which variation of a direct-current voltage is comparatively large. SOLUTION: A power storage medium 11b of a power storage device B for compensating a voltage drop is made stand-by under a charging condition as high as possible. Thereby, more energy is discharged during electric car powering. Also, a power storage medium 11a of a power storage device A for absorbing a regeneration power is made stand-by under a charging condition as low as possible.
