<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of aligning an article which aligns an article the neck part of which is displaced from the center part or a long article one end of which is thin and the other end of which is thick such as a conical article the cross section of which changes largely in the height direction in a simple configuration, and also easily adaptable to a change in the dimensions of the article. <P>SOLUTION: In this method of aligning the orientation of a long article 1 one end of which is thin and the other end of which is thick, the long article 1 is conveyed on a gutter-like conveying part 40, and one end of the long article 1 fed from the terminal end of the gutter-like conveying part 40 is hooked on a hooking device 55 disposed apart from the terminal end of the gutter-like conveying part 40 in the article feeding direction so as to align the other end of the long article 1 downward. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
