PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte solution injection device capable of performing a liquid injection process and a preliminary charging process by itself, and shortening processing time. SOLUTION: The electrolyte solution injection device 2 is provided with a jig 3 consisting of terminal parts 31, 32 and a liquid injection part 33 arranged at a given distance from the terminal parts 31, 32, an electrolyte solution supply part 4 supplying electrolyte solution Q to the liquid injection part 33, and a charging part 6 supplying current to the terminal parts 31, 32. The jig 3 has the terminal parts 31, 32 electrically connected with electrode terminals 11a, 11b, as it is installed on the battery container 10 with the electrode terminals 11a, 11b and a hole 12a arranged separated at a given interval, and that, the liquid injection part 33 and the hole 12a maintain a physically connected state.
