PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet transporting tool capable of easily transporting a sheet and excellent in sheet handling readiness, and to provide a sheet transporting product housing the sheet by the sheet transporting tool. SOLUTION: In the sheet transporting tool 1 including a housing body 10 for housing the sheet, and shoulder straps 12 provided on the housing body 10, the housing body 10 has a back surface part 14 and width restricting parts 16 provided on the back surface part 14 and directed from width-direction both ends of the back surface part 14 toward the inside so as to form an opening, has one of the outer surfaces of the back surface part 14 of the housing body 10 folded into two in the length direction so as to surround the width restricting parts 16, as a shouldered surface 20, and is provided with the shoulder straps 12 on the shouldered surface 20 so that a folded part 22 is located on the upper side.
