The invention relates to an abutment screw (10) for a dental implant, comprising a head portion (24), the upper surface of which has a hexagonal wrench groove (26), wherein the hexagonal wrench groove has an inner wall in which at least one pair of straight tool grooves (28) is formed symmetrically extending from the center of the groove (26). The distance between the ends of the straight tool grooves (28) is longer than the diameter of the hexagonal wrench groove (26) and shorter than the diameter of the head portion (24). The depth of each of the straight tool grooves (28) is shallower than that of the hexagonal wrench groove (26). Thus, the abutment screw (10) can be easily fastened or unfastened using a linear jig even when the hexagonal wrench groove (26) is worn out, thereby easily decoupling or coupling a fixture and an abutment.
