<p>Disclosed is a surface treating agent for electrical contacts, which prevents solder transfer from occurring at the electrical contacts. Specifically, disclosed is a surface treating agent for electrical contacts, which contains a solid component (A) which is an addition polymer of a monomer selected from a methacrylate or an acrylate containing a perfluoroalkyl group having 6 or less carbon atoms, a fluorine oil (B), and a fluorine solvent (C). The aforementioned solid component may be a homopolymer or a co-polymer, a perfluoro polyether or a perfluoro carbon may be used as the fluorine oil, and a hydrofluoro carbon may be used as the fluorine solvent. Moreover, the fluorine solvent may be a mixed solvent. When the surface of an electrical contact is treated with said surface treating agent for electrical contacts, it is possible to effectively prevent solder from transferring from an electrical component, which has solder on the surface, to the surface of the electrical contact.</p> |
