The vehicle has two pushing arms each carrying a pivotally mounted handle (2). The handle includes a locking/unlocking unit having two pieces that surround an axis of the arms, for locking and unlocking the handle in two angular positions with respect to the arms. The locking/unlocking unit is activated by a push button (4) that is mobile with respect to an axis perpendicular to the arm axis.
