Invention herewith described refers to the electric motor for position control and the method for its production. The electric motor has a normal component of magnetic induction on the surface of the rotor that contains harmonics of order 1,2,... 2k...to 2N, where k and N are integers, and a stator winding (2) that can produce a number of pairs of poles of magnetic induction in the clearance (4) equal to the order of harmonics of magnetic induction on the rotor. The parts (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18) of the rotor permanent magnet are so magnetized that each part has a unique combination of positive and negative values of magnetization harmonics.
