ATTACHING APPARATUS AND METHOD OF CERAMIC SHAPED BODY FOR MATTRESS

PURPOSE: A mechanism and a method is provided to automate the process in which ceramic molding products of quadrilateral, hexagonal, octagonal, and circular shape is attached to the designated location. CONSTITUTION: A molding product attaching part is formed in the center of a work table. The molding product attaching part and a mattress feed part(13) are formed into the either side of the work table. A cylinder device(20) is installed at the upper part of the molding product attaching part and the lower part of the cylinder device moves to the top and bottom. A vacuum pad(30) is installed at the lower part of the cylinder device and is connected to a separate vacuum pump(31). A plurality of suction nozzles is arranged at constant intervals on the vacuum pad. A molding product feeder(40) is on the molding product feed part and is composed in order to reciprocate to the molding product attaching part.
