摘要 <p>Sealing composition of two components based on polyurethane comprises: (a) a first component comprising polyester alcohols; and (b) a second component of at least one di- and/or polyisocyanate and/or a prepolymer based on at least one isocyanate. The component (a) comprises: a homogeneous composition of at least one aromatic polyester alcohol, at least one diol, optionally at least one additional dicarboxylic acid and optionally at least one triol; at least one natural oil; optionally an additive including e.g. a solid flame retardant; and optionally an organic tin catalyst. Sealing composition of two components based on polyurethane comprises: (a) a first component comprising polyester alcohols; and (b) a second component of at least one di- and/or polyisocyanate and/or a prepolymer based on at least one isocyanate. The first component comprises: (i) a homogeneous composition of at least one aromatic polyester alcohol, at least one diol, optionally at least one additional dicarboxylic acid and optionally at least one triol with a hydroxyl-value of 220-360 mg of potassium hydroxide/g; (ii) at least one natural oil, which is optionally modified chemically via oxidation, epoxidation, sulfonation or splitting; (iii) optionally an additive including a solid flame retardant, a pigment and/or a solid filler; and (iv) optionally an organic tin catalyst. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a homogeneous composition of the polyester alcohol and the natural oil comprising (in wt.%) at least one aromatic polyester alcohol based on terephthalic acid, at least one diol, optionally a dicarboxylic acid and optionally a triol with a hydroxyl-value of 220-360 mg of potassium hydroxide/g (45-95), and the natural oil (55-5), which is optionally modified chemically, and exhibits a viscosity of 500-3000 mPas at 25[deg] C; and (2) preparing the sealing composition, comprises reacting the components (a) and (b) at an isocyanate index of 70-160, preferably 80-130 under mixing and molding.</p>
