PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing acrylic acids is provided to prepare a small or large amount of acrylic acids in a continuous or batch type without environmental problems in a mild condition of a heating environment of upper pressure and room temperature or 100°C or less. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing acrylic acids comprises the steps of: preparing an aqueous solution dissolved in a polar aprotic organic solvent; dispersing carbonyl ruthenium-based transition metal catalyst powder of chemical formula 2: Ru(CO)_aX_b(PPh_3)_c or chemical formula 3: Ru(CO)(O_2CCF_3)_2·CH_3OH in the alcohol solution; mixing carbon dioxide, acetylene and hydrogen gas; and distilling the he reaction liquid mixture to separate acrylic acids.
