PURPOSE: An elastic pad for a concrete track turnout is provided to absorb vibration, noise and lower shock in operation of a railroad vehicle by generating uniform sagging of a rail by adjusting an elastic pad according to a contact area with an upper plate and a load condition supporting the rail. CONSTITUTION: An elastic pad for a concrete track turnout comprises an elastic pad, a first hole and second holes. The elastic pad generally has a square shape. At least one first hole is formed on the elastic pad. The second holes are respectively arranged on both surfaces of the first hole. The second hole is formed in any one of a circle, an ellipse, an open shape according to a rail fastening device. The elastic pad comprises a bending part, which is bent downwardly from the center in the installation direction of the rail. The elastic pad comprises a cutting unit. The cutting unit cuts both ends in a given shape.
