<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the collision of a laser beam machining head 13 of a laser beam machine 5 against a portion of a metallic plate W while suppressing occurrence of defective cutting in the metallic plate W. <P>SOLUTION: A housing rack 15 is erected in the vicinity of the laser beam machine 5, a table waiting device 23 is provided to the lower part inside the housing rack 15, an elevator 33 is provided so as to be elevated and lowered on one side of the housing rack 15, a traverser 37 for putting a pallet 17 or a working table 3 in and out of the elevator 33 is provided and a brush 75 is provided in the vicinity of one side of the table waiting device 23 in the housing rack 15. This brush 75 is constituted so as to clean all supporting parts 7a of an empty working table 3 by contact when the empty working table 3 is pulled in the elevator 33 from the table waiting device 23 by the traverser 37. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
