<p>The device has a receptacle (18) with a laser unit and a rotation head (14) that deflects a laser radiation into a rotation plane. The receptacle is connected with a base element (12) by a solid joint (20) and by two actuating drives (22, 24). The receptacle is adjusted by the drives in an inclined manner. The drives are arranged at the solid joint in such a manner that connection lines between a longitudinal axis of the solid joint and the drives include a right angle.
