<p>The power and/or telecommunication cable comprises a crosslinked and extruded polymer layer obtained from a crosslinkable composition comprising a polymer that is crosslinked using unsaturated hydrolyzable organosilane and a silane cocktail. The crosslinkable composition comprises a weight ratio (R) of = 15 of unsaturated hydrolyzable organosilane on the crosslinking catalyst. When 8= R= 9, the crosslinkable composition comprises 1.1 wt.% of silane cocktail, and when 9= R= 10, the crosslinkable composition comprises 1.2 wt.% of silane cocktail and when 10= R= 12. The power and/or telecommunication cable comprises a crosslinked and extruded polymer layer obtained from a crosslinkable composition comprising a polymer that is crosslinked using unsaturated hydrolyzable organosilane and a silane cocktail. The crosslinkable composition comprises a weight ratio (R) of = 15 of unsaturated hydrolyzable organosilane on the crosslinking catalyst. When 8= R= 9, the crosslinkable composition comprises 1.1 wt.% of silane cocktail, when 9= R= 10, the crosslinkable composition comprises 1.2 wt.% of silane cocktail and when 10= R= 12, the crosslinkable composition comprises 1.5 wt.% of silane cocktail. The silane cocktail comprises 85-87 wt.% of hydrolyzable unsaturated organosilane, crosslinking catalyst, 5-6 wt.% of free radicals, and 6-8 wt.% of dioctyl tin salt. The extruded and crosslinked polymer layer comprises 900-1100 ppm of dioctyl tin salt.</p> |
