<p>The shoe sole (12) has a middle sole body (10) with an air inlet opening and an air outlet opening connected with each other in flow conductive manner. A cavity (30) is formed in the body and connected with the openings. Teeth-like support elements (36, 36', 36'', 36''') are provided in the cavity, and a reinforcing element (22) is supported in the support elements for covering the cavity. The support elements are arranged in the cavity such that air flows over a complete circular mantle surface of the support elements, where the mantle surface extends from the body to the reinforcing element. An independent claim is also included for a walking device comprising cover elements made of thermoplastic elastomer i.e. thermoplastic polyurethane.</p> |
