<p>According to the present invention, a cryogenic refrigerator comprises: a sealed shell; a fixed member which is arranged in the sealed shell and which includes a cylinder; a movable member including a piston, which reciprocates in an axial direction within the cylinder, and a displacer which reciprocates in the direction opposite to that of the piston; a heat-dissipating space formed between the sealed shell and the fixed member, and in communication with a compression space variably formed between the piston and the displacer; a cylindrical base arranged so as to tightly contact the sealed shell which constitutes an outer wall of the heat-dissipating space; and heat-dissipating fins stacked in a circumferential direction along an outer surface of the base. According to the present invention, heat-dissipating fins can be easily manufactured and installed, manufacturing costs for the cryogenic refrigerator can be reduced, and the heat-exchange efficiency of the cryogenic refrigerator can be improved.</p> |
