PURPOSE: A car inside handle assembly and a holder used for the same are provided to reduce the noise which is generated direct contact by converting the direct connection of the cable hammer and inside handle to the indirect connection. CONSTITUTION: A car inside handle assembly(500) comprises a bracket, an inside handle(200), and a holder(300). The inside handle is rotatably installed in the bracket. The inside handle comprises an opening lever and a locking knob(250). The inside handle is at least one fixed among the opening lever and locking knob. The holder has the big ductile material than the hammer. The holder comprises a guide portion and a body equipped with the receiving part in which hammer is put.
