The device (10) has a ventilating element (100) comprising perforating slots as air discharge openings, which comprise slot length between 2 mm and 10 mm, and slot breadth between 0.1 mm and 0.8 mm. A rear side (101) of the ventilating element comprises a continuous arrangement of protrusions. The protrusions are formed opposite to a level of a rearward plane of the ventilating element in a spatial direction. A metal plate with thickness (D) between 0.5 mm and 2 mm is provided as the ventilating element. The arrangement comprises a line scanning pattern.
