<p>The invention provides for a locking device for a container, said locking device including attachment means for releasably attaching the locking device to a part of a closing mechanism of the container, wherein the closing mechanism includes a substantially elongate portion and at least one end zone; a channel for receiving at least a part of the substantially elongate portion of the closing mechanism of the container; and a hook engagable with the end zone of the closing mechanism of the container, wherein the hook is shaped and dimensioned to inhibit the rotation around a long axis of the elongate portion of the closing mechanism of the container.</p> |
