The method for establishing the Hall effect, according to which a linear and odd exit current from mutually perpendicular feeding current and magnetic field is received by transmitting the feeding current trough two ohmic contacts, formed to a conducting structure with finite dimensions, and an arbitrary form (often rectangular). Upon the portion of the borderline surface of the structure between both feeding contacts, and symmetrically to them, are situated next to each other two output ohmic contacts, through which is measured the output current, and after that is applied the magnetic field.
