<p>The tread (3) has a moving profile provided at an external side, where the tread passes over tread ends in a bar-shaped connecting area (6). The connecting area has material thickness which is lesser than the thickness of the remaining tread. The connecting area is formed for gripping the adjacent tread or the other tread end. The material thickness of the connecting area is constantly reducible to a free end. One of ends of the tread has a recess that is complementary to the bar-shaped connecting area. An independent claim is also included for a tire comprising a carcass.</p> |
