The invention relates to methods for reducing the parasitic torque in a permanent magnet synchronous machine. The first method consists in replacing the notch wedges usually made of electrically insulated materials with wedges manufactured from soft composite materials having a geometric shape allowing the closure of the notch isthmus, the retention of the winding into the notch and the ensuring an almost isotropic structure, from a magnetic point of view, of the stator core without preferential aligning directions of the inductor of the electric machine. The second method consists in closing the stator notches by using a crown (or more sectors of a cylindrical crown) manufactured from soft composite magnetic materials fixed to the stator by soldering and stiffened afterwards by impregnation. The third method consists in carrying out the magnetic stator core, in the embodiment with closed notches, from two stacks of sheets of a cylindrical concentrical crown-type , the inner core of cylindrical crown type allowing the introduction of stator winding into the notches, the two crowns being assembled separately and mounted concentrically at the end, afterwards the windings are introduced into the stator notches from the outside of the inner circular crown of the stator core. The stator notches are insulated with the notch insulation before introducing the stator winding into the notches, the two cores of cylindrical crown-type being fixed by using a system of suitably welded long brackets reinforced by impregnation. |
