PURPOSE: A composition containing a peptide for anticancer is provided to suppress A20 activation and to prevent and treat breast cancer. CONSTITUTION: A peptide which binds to A20 N-terminal or ASK1 N-terminal contains an amino acid of sequence number 1 or part thereof. The peptide contains a part of A20 zinc finger motif domain or sequence containing the same, or analogue sequence thereof. A composition for preventing and treating cancer contains the peptide as an active ingredient. The cancer is breast cancer or liver cancer.
