The invention relates to oil and gas production industry, in particular to designs of mechanical perforators to be used for secondary penetration of oil and gas wells. A piercing perforator comprises a body with a cylinder arranged therein – a fixing device and a piston, the body is embodied with channels for feeding working fluid, the cylinder-fixing device is provided with return springs, guides for the piston, the cylinder-fixing device is adapted for displacement relative to the body, gearing elements, e.g. teeth, are made on the outer surface of said cylinder-fixing device, the piston is provided with return springs and rock-destroying tools, has holes for passing working fluid into a perforation zone and adapted for displacement relative to the cylinder-fixing device along guides. The inventive result is aimed at increasing operational reliability and efficiency of the claimed perforator due to no load applicable upon breaking rock-destroying tools and providing their maximum penetration into rock formation. |
