According to the invention, the exciter comprises 4 overlapped layers of which one layer (2) is a support layer of expanded polyvinyl, one layer (3) of expanded polyvinyl wherein there were embedded 50...150 g/mof aluminium shots of 0.1...0.3 mm, one layer (4) of expanded polyvinyl wherein there were embedded 200...600 g/mof magnetized barium hexaferrite having a grain size of 0.1...0.3 mm and one layer (5) of expanded polyvinyl wherein there were embedded 100...300g/mSiOof 98% purity, with a grain size of 0.1...0.3 mm, one bioadhesive layer (6) and one layer (7) for the protection of the bioadhesive layer being applied on tanks, supply pipes and engines working with fossil and nuclear fuels, leading to a reduction of 10...15% of the fuel consumption.</p> |
