BACILLUS MOJAVENSIS WITH ANTIBACTERIAL ACTIVITY AND ANTIFUNGAL ACTIVITY AS NOVEL BACTERIA

PURPOSE: A novel Bacillus mojavensis KJS-3(deposit number KCCM10961P) is provided to ensure antibacterial and antifungal activities. CONSTITUTION: A novel Bacillus mojavensis KJS-3(deposit number KCCM10961P) is isolated from food waste. The condition for growing the Bacillus mojavensis KJS-3 is 20-50°C and pH 6-7.5. A lactobacillus product against vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus or methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus contains the Bacillus mojavensis KJS-3. A lactobacillus food contains the Bacillus mojavensis KJS-3.
